David Garcia Amor - The Property Circle student to Buy To Let owner in less than one month!
David joined The Property Circle in Saturday 6th February, 2021. He attended the programme day where we taught him anything and everything he needed to know to enable him to go out and buy his very own buy to let.
A few days after the programme David contacted us and shadowed us for the day where we sourced, viewed and negotiated a deal on a great, below market value property for him.
Less than one month later, he collected the keys to his very own buy to let!
