Cancellation Policy

Our venue holds limited seating, and all of our programmes are a sell out. For this reason, we request you cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled programme starts. This will allow us to offer your place to another person. You may contact us on info@thepropertycircleuk.com to cancel your booking.

Please note, we do not offer refunds or date swaps if your programme is cancelled within the 72 hour cancellation period. If you inform us before the 72 hour time period, you will be able to swap your programme over to our next available date. We only permit 1 date swap per person, per programme. We only permit one cancellation/refund per person, per programme. If you do not cancel with at least 72 hours notice, you will lose any payments you have already made. If you do not attend your programme without notifying us prior, you will not be eligible for a refund.
